We love it when clients challenge us, and that’s just what this large-scale bakery did. They approached us needing to move an older pan cleaner and install a new one but didn’t want production to be affected. We accepted the challenge and got to work.

This project required attentive management from start to finish, so we didn’t disturb production. With our intervention, the bakery was able to continue production at its normal rate while having its pan cleaner moved and installing a new one. Once we finished working on this project, they became much more efficient and they are now able to produce over 1 million bread rolls every day!
